Arbutus Wood Pen Turning

I live on the east coast but need some gifts from BC for business people. A chap in Nova Scotia does beautiful turned wood pens. I want to source a small supply of dried Arbutus wood for him to make me 20 pens, or alternatively a very good turner in Vancouver/Victoria area.
