Float Homes on Cortes Island

Hi I currently live on a floating home in a marina on Vancouver Island. Is there a float home community on Cortez Island if so are there available moorage space?

There are government docks at Manson's Landing and at Whaletown that may fit the bill. I know people live on their boats year round but have no idea about "house boats".
