In what climate/area does it grow, and how tall/wide will it be?

My sister has some sort of magical green thumb. Seriously. This looks like an interesting tree and I thought I might suggest it to her for her new home. I, however, have the blackest, deadliest thumb ever. I'd like to be able to tell her something about this tree. For instance: what climate does it need; how much sun or shade is required; how much watering is necessary; any fruit or flowers and how often they show up; is it 'messy' or 'fussy'. I think you get the picture. And why, you might ask, don't I just read the descriptions on this site? Too much info that I don't understand and I am just lazy. Any help from you would be very appreciated.
